Dr. Rachel Ostler
Principal Chiropractor

Rachel is a Tamworth local and attended Oxley High School. At the conclusion of her secondary study, Rachel moved to Sydney where she graduated with a Bachelor in Chiropractic Science in 2014. Rachel later received her Masters of Chiropractic. During this time, Rachel had the opportunity to undertake a year long internship at one of the university out-patient clinics.
Growing up in the area, Rachel always had a passion for the health and wellbeing of the community. It was this that made Rachel realise the city lifestyle was not for her, and returned home. She began work with a local chiropractor for several years. Here her patients included retirees, farmers, young families and working adults.
It was this passion to continue caring for the community that drove Rachel to establish her own practice, Family Care Chiropractic. Rachel particularly enjoys treating stress and tension in the neck and upper back, and therefore relieving headaches and migraines. She enjoys the friendships she has formed with the farmers and young families of the area.

A: No. At Family Care Chiropractic, we only refer for X-ray imaging if clinically indicated
