We understand that circumstances arise. This is why we have a flexible cancelation policy. As long as contact is made in regards to your appointment, no fee will be charged for canceling/rescheduling.


To cancel/reschedule your appointment please phone 6766 1802. Alternatively, you may follow the cancelation link provided in your confirmation email (must be done minimum 5hrs before your appointment).


Please keep in mind that a missed appointment is time and care that could have been given to another person in need. As such, we appreciate as much notice possible.



Here at Family Care Chiropractic, we have a strict non-attendance policy in place for NEW patients. By booking an initial consultation, you agree to our non-attendance policy which states that failure to show to your appointment when no attempt was made to contact the clinic will incur a 100% non-attendance fee. All invoices will be emailed to the patient and must be paid within 7 days. Failure to pay invoice will result in any future appointments being declined until arrears have been finalised.
